We welcome thoughtful discussion and debate. Comments are here to help readers add context, share perspectives, and ask good questions—not to attack people, spread abuse, or derail the conversation.
By commenting on Deep Tube | News, you agree to follow these rules. Comments that violate these rules may be removed, and accounts may lose commenting privileges.
1) Keep it civil and stay on topic
- Keep comments relevant to the article and the discussion at hand.
- Disagreement is fine; personal attacks are not. Critique ideas and arguments—not other commenters.
- Don’t “dogpile,” bait, or repeatedly provoke in bad faith.
2) No hate, slurs, or harassment
We do not allow content that targets, degrades, or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, and repeated bad-faith provocation are not allowed.
3) No threats, incitement, or illegal promotion
Do not post threats, encourage violence, or promote harmful or illegal behavior.
4) Keep it clean and brand-safe (no graphic or explicit content)
Deep Tube | News is intended for a general audience. Comments must follow the same clean standard as the rest of the site.
Do not post:
- Graphic or shocking real-life content (including detailed gore/injury descriptions)
- Content that celebrates, glorifies, or sensationalizes harm
- Sexually explicit content or graphic sexual descriptions
- Anything that sexualizes or exploits minors (this will be removed and may be reported where required)
5) Protect privacy (no doxxing)
Do not post private or personal information about yourself or anyone else, including:
- addresses, phone numbers, private email addresses
- private messages
- workplace details of private individuals
- identifying details about minors
6) No defamation or unverified accusations presented as fact
Avoid making serious allegations about people—especially private individuals—unless you can point to a reliable public source.
Speculation stated as fact may be removed.
7) No impersonation or deceptive behavior
Do not impersonate other people or misrepresent affiliations. Do not attempt to mislead readers through fabricated claims or manipulated context.
8) No spam or self-promotion
Do not post advertisements, repetitive messages, scams, referral spam, or attempts to drive traffic to other sites.
Promotional content may be removed.
9) Links may be limited
To reduce spam and scams, comments containing external links may be automatically filtered or removed.
10) Moderation and enforcement
We use a combination of automated filters and human review. Some comments may be held for review, limited, or removed. We do not guarantee that every comment will be published.
Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent loss of commenting privileges. Attempts to evade moderation (for example, altered spellings to bypass filters) may also lead to restrictions.
We may also close comments on specific posts when needed for safety, quality, or operational reasons.
11) Report problems
If you see a comment that violates these rules, use the reporting tools in the comment system (if available).
If you need to escalate a concern, contact us and include the exact URL(s) and a short explanation.
Thank you for helping keep the discussion useful, respectful, and worth reading.
