Deep Tube | News is a community-driven platform that welcomes user-generated content (UGC) and public discussion, while maintaining a clean, brand-safe standard for a general audience. These Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is not allowed, and how we enforce our rules.
By using Deep Tube | News, including submitting content, commenting, creating an account, or interacting with community features, you agree to follow these Guidelines and our Terms of Use.
1) Our Standard: Clean, Brand-Safe UGC
We aim to keep content suitable for a broad audience. That means:
- No graphic or shocking content.
- No content designed to disturb, disgust, or provoke outrage.
- No sexual content involving minors or any exploitative content.
- No hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing.
- No illegal activity, malware, or spam.
Even if a topic is newsworthy, we may restrict or remove content that fails the “brand-safe” standard in presentation (for example: graphic thumbnails, sensational titles, or explicit imagery).
2) What You Can Share
We generally allow content and discussions that are:
- Informational, educational, or entertaining without being explicit or shocking
- Related to games, technology, entertainment, culture, everyday life, and major public events
- Criticism or disagreement that stays respectful
- User submissions that follow our quality and safety standards (see below)
3) What Is Not Allowed
The following content is prohibited. Submitting or promoting it may lead to removal and account restrictions:
A) Violence, Gore, and Shocking Content
- Graphic violence, gore, visible severe injury, or bodily harm
- Content focusing on death, suffering, or trauma as entertainment
- Accident/crime scene content that is graphic or exploitative
- “Shock” content intended to disgust, disturb, or provoke
B) Sexual Content and Minors
- Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or anything that sexualizes minors
- Exploitative or non-consensual sexual content
- Sexual content that is explicit or pornographic
C) Hate, Harassment, and Threats
- Hate speech or content targeting protected groups
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation
- Threats of violence or encouragement of harm
D) Privacy, Doxxing, and Personal Data
- Posting private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, private emails, ID documents, etc.)
- Sharing someone’s sensitive personal data without consent
- Encouraging harassment or “pile-ons”
E) Illegal Activity, Harm, or Dangerous Instructions
- Instructions for wrongdoing (fraud, hacking, bypassing security, etc.)
- Promotion of illegal activity or facilitation of harm
- Content encouraging self-harm or suicide (including instructions)
F) Spam, Malware, and Deceptive Behavior
- Malware, phishing, or suspicious downloads/links
- Spam, mass posting, keyword stuffing, or deceptive promotion
- Impersonation or misleading identity claims
4) Upload Quality Rules (Titles, Thumbnails, and Descriptions)
To keep the platform clean and readable:
- No graphic thumbnails or disturbing imagery
- No sensational or misleading titles (shock bait, fake claims, “you won’t believe…”)
- Describe content accurately and avoid exaggerated language
- Don’t use slurs, explicit language, or violent framing to attract clicks
- Don’t post content that exists primarily to humiliate, harass, or exploit individuals
We may remove content that would be acceptable in a private context but is not suitable for a general-audience platform due to presentation.
5) Moderation and Review
All user-submitted content may be reviewed before or after it appears on the site. We do not guarantee that submissions will be published or remain available.
We may take action when content violates these Guidelines, even if:
- the content is “borderline,”
- it is technically legal but not brand-safe, or
- it creates safety or reputation risks for the community.
6) Enforcement (What Happens If You Break the Rules)
Depending on severity and history, actions may include:
- Content removal or edits (for example, removing a thumbnail or title)
- Warnings or feature restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account ban
- Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law (especially involving minors or credible threats)
Attempts to evade enforcement (new accounts, automation, repeated violations) will result in stronger actions.
7) Reporting Content
If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it with:
- The exact URL
- A brief reason (for example: gore/graphic, harassment, hate, minors, doxxing, spam)
- Any relevant context
We review reports and take action where appropriate, but response time can vary.
8) Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as the platform evolves. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
