Deep Tube | News may publish editorial reporting and may also host moderated user-generated content (UGC) where available. If you believe information or material on this site violates your rights or our policies, you can request a review.

We take rights, privacy, and safety concerns seriously. To help us act quickly and correctly, please use the appropriate request type below and include the required information.

1) Choose the Right Type of Request

A) Copyright / DMCA (copyrighted text, images, video, or other media)

If your request is about copyright infringement, please use our DMCA process.

(We may not process copyright claims sent to general support, because DMCA notices have specific legal requirements.)

B) Privacy (personal data, doxxing, private individuals)

If content includes personal information that should not be public (for example: address, phone number, private email, ID documents, private messages, workplace details about private individuals), submit a privacy request.

C) Safety, Abuse, and Policy Violations

If content appears to violate our Terms of Use or community standards (harassment, threats, hate, minors’ safety, scams/spam, illegal content), report it as a policy concern.

D) Corrections (editorial accuracy)

If you believe an article is inaccurate, misleading, or missing important context, request a correction.

2) What to Include (Required for All Removal Requests)

To help us process your request quickly, include:

  1. Exact URL(s) on deep.tube you want reviewed (one per line)
  2. Your relationship to the content (affected person, legal representative, rights holder, authorized agent, etc.)
  3. A clear explanation of what you believe is wrong and why removal or restriction is warranted
  4. Supporting documentation (when applicable), such as:
    • Proof of identity (only if needed, and only the minimum necessary)
    • Proof of authority (agent authorization, legal representation)
    • Screenshots (helpful when content is time-sensitive)
    • Any relevant public record or court document (if applicable)
  5. Your contact information (name + email; phone optional)
  6. A good-faith statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it

Incomplete requests may be delayed or may require follow-up before we can act.

3) How We Review Requests (What Happens Next)

Step 1 — Triage

We review requests as quickly as possible. Some reports require verification and may take longer.

Step 2 — Verification (when needed)

For privacy, impersonation, or legal disputes, we may ask for additional details to confirm the request is legitimate and to prevent abuse.

Step 3 — Action (when warranted)

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Remove content
  • Restrict access or reduce visibility
  • Edit limited parts (for example, removing personal information)
  • Request clarification or additional documentation
  • Decline the request if we determine removal is not warranted

For UGC, we may also take account-level action when appropriate (warnings, restrictions, or suspension), consistent with our policies.

4) Important Notes and Limitations

A) Newsworthiness and public-interest reporting

We are a news publication. In some cases, we may decline to remove editorial content that is accurate and lawful, especially when it concerns matters of public interest. However, we may still:

  • Correct factual errors
  • Add context or clarification
  • Remove personal data that should not be published
  • Adjust presentation to meet our general-audience, non-graphic standard

B) Court orders and legal disputes

For certain disputes (including defamation claims), we may ask for clear documentation or a valid court order before taking action, especially when content is part of lawful reporting or involves conflicting claims.

C) Search engines and cached copies

Removing or restricting content on our site does not guarantee immediate removal from third-party search engines or cached services. You may need to request updates directly from those services.

D) Abuse of the process

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or bad-faith removal requests may result in rejection of the request and, where applicable, restriction of access to site features.

5) Email Template (Copy/Paste)
