Before submitting anything to Deep Tube | News, please review our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. We keep a clean, brand-safe standard for a general audience, and all user submissions are moderated (not published automatically).

What can I submit?

Depending on the features enabled on your account, registered users may submit:

  • News tips (leads, story ideas, links, and context)
  • User-submitted posts (drafts, short write-ups, or community posts)
  • Media uploads (images/screenshots, and videos where enabled through your account dashboard)

All submissions must comply with our rules and applicable law. Submitting content does not guarantee publication.

Do I need an account?

You can browse the site without registering. However, you may need an account to submit tips, publish user-submitted posts, comment, or upload media. Some features may be limited to logged-in users or to accounts with specific permissions enabled.

Is there a minimum age?

The site is intended for a general audience, but account and submission features have age requirements:

  • If you are under 13, do not create an account, submit content, or provide personal information.
  • If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Is it free?

At this time, using Deep Tube | News is free. The site may display advertising to help cover operating costs.

How do submissions work?

If submissions are enabled for your account, you can submit content through your personal dashboard while logged in.

Once submitted, content may be reviewed, queued, edited for clarity/formatting, or declined at our discretion. If something is published, it becomes publicly accessible on the website and may be shared via direct link.

What should I include in a news tip?

To help us evaluate tips quickly, include (when available):

  • What happened (short summary)
  • Where and when (location/time, if relevant)
  • Links to official sources or primary evidence (announcements, statements, public documents)
  • Any context that helps confirm credibility
  • If you are involved in the story, disclose that

Tips that are incomplete may take longer to review.

What are the rules for user-submitted posts?

We welcome community submissions, but they must stay clean and brand-safe. In particular:

  • No graphic/shocking real-life content or gore
  • No hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing
  • No sexual content involving minors or anything exploitative
  • No malware, spam, scams, or deceptive links
  • No sensational framing designed to shock or provoke

Even if a topic is newsworthy, we may restrict or remove submissions that fail the brand-safe standard in presentation (titles, thumbnails, and framing).

Are video uploads supported?

Video uploads may be available only where enabled through your account dashboard. If you don’t see a video option, uploads may be restricted for your account.

File size limits can vary by account and by technical constraints. If a limit is shown in your upload form, that limit applies. If you do not see a limit, assume uploads may be restricted and contact us for clarification.

Can you edit my submission?

We may edit submissions for clarity, formatting, and policy compliance. We may also add context or request clarification before publishing. We do not guarantee publication.

How long will my submissions stay online?

We may remove or restrict access to any submission at any time for operational, legal, safety, editorial, or policy reasons. We also cannot guarantee permanent storage. You should keep your own backup copies of anything you submit.

If your account dashboard provides a way to delete your own submissions (for example, “My Posts” or “My Uploads”), you may be able to remove items you submitted. In other cases, you can request review by contacting us with the exact URL.

How do I report a problem or request removal?

If you believe something on the site is unlawful, infringes rights, violates policy, or should be reviewed, contact us with:

  • The exact URL(s)
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any context that helps us evaluate the request

General requests: [email protected]
