These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deep Tube | News at https://deep.tube (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Here we explain, in a clear and straightforward way, what you can and cannot do on the Site, how the Site should be used, and the rules we follow to publish and moderate content. By accessing or using Deep Tube | News, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. Our goal is to keep a healthy, respectful online environment, and these Terms set clear expectations for everyone.
About the Site
Deep Tube | News is a digital news portal where we publish everyday news, with a strong focus on video games, cinema/entertainment, technology, and computers. The Site includes an editorial area managed by a fixed team and collaborators.
At times, our reporting may also cover broader public-interest topics such as public safety, major world events, politics, or sports. Even when we cover sensitive real-world topics (for example, police incidents, conflicts, or public-safety events), we do not publish or host graphic, bloody, or shocking real-life violence. This kind of content is strictly prohibited on the Site.
It’s also important to be clear: when we cover movies and video games, especially horror or survival horror, some content may naturally involve fictional violence as part of storytelling. Fiction is different from real-life graphic content. For real-world news, we aim to present information in a non-graphic way, with context and editorial judgment suitable for a broad audience.
The Site may also offer community features that allow users to submit content, such as tips, comments, user-submitted posts, and media uploads (collectively, “User Submissions”). All User Submissions are moderated and are not published automatically.
Name & Branding Clarification
“Deep Tube” refers to in-depth coverage and a video-enabled news experience. It has no connection to “deep web” services, shock sites, gore platforms, or anything associated with that kind of content. We are a general-audience news publication and we enforce strict standards to keep the Site clean and appropriate for broad readership.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

The Site is intended for a general audience. However, certain features (such as accounts, commenting, and User Submissions) may require that you meet a minimum age in your jurisdiction.

Editorial Content vs. User-Submitted Content
Editorial Content. Content published by our editorial team follows our editorial standards. Reporting may be updated as new information becomes available.
User-Submitted Content. If enabled, users may submit content (including videos, images, or posts). User Submissions are reviewed and may be declined, removed, restricted, or edited for clarity/formatting at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any submission will be published.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
- Share someone’s private information without authorization (“doxxing”)
- Attempt to bypass security or disrupt the Site (including scraping, automated abuse, or excessive requests)

- Upload, submit, or attempt to distribute prohibited content, including graphic violence/gore or shocking real-life content
If we believe activity violates these Terms or harms the Site, our users, or third parties, we may take action—including removing content or restricting access.
User Submissions (Posts, Media Uploads, Tips, and Comments)
A. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of submitting them. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that your submissions comply with these Terms.
B. What you may submit
If User Submissions are enabled, you may submit:
- News tips or leads
- Comments
- User-submitted posts (articles, drafts, or other written materials)
- Media uploads (images, screenshots, or video files where available)
C. Prohibited Content (strict rules)
You may not submit content that:
1) Real-life graphic violence / gore / shocking content (strictly prohibited)
We do not allow real-life content whose purpose—or effect—is to shock, disgust, or sensationalize violence. This includes, for example:
- explicit depictions of severe injury, exposed organs or bones, dismemberment, mutilation, or large amounts of visible blood
- identifiable dead bodies, executions, or “death footage” presented for shock
- “gore” compilations or shock edits
This rule applies to the entire submission, including thumbnails, cover images, previews, titles, descriptions, captions, tags, and any attached or linked media. Trying to “hide” graphic content behind a neutral thumbnail or misleading title still violates this policy.
2) Animal cruelty / abuse (strictly prohibited)
Content depicting animal cruelty, abuse, torture, or killings presented for shock or entertainment is prohibited. This includes staged cruelty and “crush” content.
3) Minors: sexual exploitation, abuse, and unsafe depictions (strictly prohibited)
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
User Submissions involving minors: Users may not upload content that depicts minors in sexual contexts, exploitation, abuse, or unsafe situations. Users may not upload content that identifies a minor (for example, clear faces, names, school details, or other identifying information) without appropriate lawful consent. We may remove content to protect child safety and privacy, including where age or consent is uncertain.
4) Hate, harassment, threats, and incitement
Hate speech, targeted harassment, threats of violence, or incitement are prohibited.
5) Privacy violations
Publishing private or personal information without authorization (including doxxing), or other privacy violations, is prohibited.
6) Illegal or harmful instructions
Content that encourages or instructs wrongdoing in a way that is unlawful is prohibited.
7) Intellectual property violations and misrepresentation
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or violates privacy/publicity rights, is prohibited. Knowingly false statements presented as fact, fabricated materials intended to mislead, and impersonation are prohibited.
8) Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine/vapes, and similar content (User Submissions)
To keep the Site clean and suitable for a general-audience news environment, User Submissions may not promote, advertise, sell, or encourage the use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products (including vaping), or similar substances/products.
Editorial reporting may reference these topics when relevant to news coverage, but User Submissions focused on promotion, marketing, or glorification are not allowed.
D. Moderation and enforcement
We review User Submissions for policy compliance, safety, quality, formatting, clarity, and legal risk. We may remove or limit visibility of content at any time, with or without notice.
Enforcement may include removal, restriction, deletion of uploaded media files and associated data from our systems, temporary limitations, or permanent account bans. Severe violations—especially involving real-life graphic violence/gore, animal cruelty, exploitation, or illegal content—may result in immediate removal and termination without prior notice.
E. License you grant us
When you submit content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish your submission as needed to operate and promote the Site. This includes the right to format content, edit for length/clarity, and create excerpts (for example, for headlines, previews, or social sharing). This license ends when you delete your submission from the Site, except to the extent content has been copied, syndicated, archived, cached, or shared by others, or where continued retention is required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
F. No confidentiality
Do not submit confidential information. We do not guarantee confidentiality for User Submissions.

The Site may link to third-party websites or include third-party tools (for example, embedded media, analytics, advertising, or comment platforms).
